Field and weather station: data collected in a working farm

Trust infrastructure between science and the field.

ALMAXIA LABS is an environment where scientific hypotheses and technologies are validated in working farms, so farmers can receive solutions adapted to their land, based on verifiable evidence rather than promises.

DataOwned by the farmAccessGranted by consent, purpose and time periodResultA verifiable history, not a reporting exercise

Why does technology take years to reach the field?

The problem is not a lack of knowledge. It is the gap between controlled trial conditions and the reality of a commercial farm, together with the absence of trust infrastructure connecting the participants.

The field is not a trial plot

Soils, field histories and management practices differ. A technology that performs in an institutional or experimental setting may produce a different result in a commercial field. That is not a failure; it is a condition that requires disciplined adaptation.

Data without a shared language

Farmer measurements, laboratory analyses and manufacturer trials remain fragmented across different systems. Building a coherent picture manually is slow, expensive and difficult to reproduce.

Trust is not built on PDFs

Farmers cannot see the basis of a recommendation, while scientists cannot see what actually happened in the field. Without a traceable connection between method, context and outcome, implementation stretches over years.

The ALMAXIA LABS verifiable loop

We connect participants in a cycle where each side receives a defined form of value while the data remains under the control of its owner.

Hypothesis

A scientist or manufacturer formalises the technology: the conditions it is intended for, the expected effect and the evidence required to evaluate it.

Matching

The platform identifies farms with relevant conditions and a participating owner’s consent to take part.

Execution and observation

Operations and measurements are recorded as a connected field history: what was done, what was measured and what happened under the documented conditions.

Verifiable feedback

The scientist receives a result with its context and the reasons for deviations. The farmer receives an adapted recommendation and the basis for future decisions, including informed dialogue with banks and insurers.

No-data, no-score. ALMAXIA does not declare a technology effective merely because a metric changed after its use. Conclusions are made by qualified experts on the basis of verifiable evidence and an appropriate evaluation design.

Who we invite—and why

Each role enters the collaboration with a distinct contribution and receives a distinct form of value.

Scientists, research institutes and universities

You receive

Validation of hypotheses in commercial farms; cohorts with comparable conditions; verifiable evidence for publications and grant applications; a path from expertise to responsible commercialisation.

You bring

Formalised hypotheses and methods; scientific expertise; interpretation of results.

Seed, crop-protection and fertiliser manufacturers

You receive

Product trials under real conditions; efficacy reporting with context; a faster route to farmer trust than product brochures alone.

You bring

Trial protocols; products and technical expertise; participation in commercial validation programmes.

IoT, sensor, weather-station and AgTech companies

You receive

Your data becomes part of a trusted evidence loop; verified-source status; demand for your solutions from farms and financial institutions.

You bring

Data streams and integrations; technical support for connected devices.

Farmers and agronomists

You receive

Technologies adapted to your fields; participation in trials under your conditions; a verifiable management history for dialogue with banks, insurers and landowners.

You bring

Fields, operations and measurements; consent for the agreed use of data.

The rules of the environment

Data sovereignty

Farm data belongs to its owner. Participation is based on consent.

Access by purpose

Each participant sees only what is necessary for their role and agreed task, for the agreed period.

Verifiability

Measurements and operations are recorded with provenance and history. Corrections do not erase the past; they are documented as changes.

Separation of roles

The platform prepares evidence and decision grounds. Agronomic, credit, insurance and regulatory decisions remain with people and institutions.

Intellectual property

The hypothesis remains with the scientist, field data remains with the farm, and the trial protocol belongs to the parties to that trial. ALMAXIA provides the environment; it does not claim ownership of the underlying work.

Cautious conclusions

We do not substitute correlation for causation or claim effectiveness without an appropriate trial design.

Collaboration formats

The model is designed so that each participant has a clear motivation and a defined value pathway.

Pilot farm

The farm receives early access to relevant technologies, expert support and a verifiable history of the field or operation.

Become a participant

The specific data scope, conditions and commercial terms are defined for each pilot and documented by agreement.

Where we are now

The infrastructure is being built, and the first partners are being selected now.

The platform core and data contours are in active development.

We are forming the first pilots with research institutions and farms; applications are open.

We are preparing integrations for laboratories, IoT providers and financial institutions.

We are not promising a fully formed network tomorrow. We are building the infrastructure and selecting the first partners who want to participate in shaping the model.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the farm data?

The farm does. The platform operates by consent, for a defined purpose and period. Consent can be withdrawn within the applicable agreements and law.

Will other participants see my protocols or data?

No. Access is granted only when necessary for the participant’s role. A trial protocol is visible only to the parties involved in that trial.

Do you guarantee higher yields?

No. We provide a verifiable and reproducible evidence history. Conclusions and decisions remain with qualified experts and the institutions responsible for them.

Are we suitable if we are a small institute?

Yes. A validation pilot is designed for a controlled start: one hypothesis, a limited group of farms and a verifiable evidence package.

What is needed to start?

A defined hypothesis or practical question and a designated expert. We can support the formalisation and design of the trial.
