Privacy Policy
This baseline policy explains how ALMAXIA BioSystems handles information submitted through the public contact and early-access forms. It is a prototype document and must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before production use.
1. Data controller
The data controller is ALMAXIA BioSystems, with its office at str. Stefan cel Mare, 9, MD-4401, Calarasi, Republic of Moldova. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Depending on the form and your choices, we may collect your name, work email, organization, role, phone number, stakeholder profile, message content and the date/time of your consent. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through these public forms.
3. Why we use the information
We use submitted information to respond to questions, evaluate partnership conversations, process early-access requests, communicate about ALMAXIA and maintain a record of consent. We do not represent a form submission as an active account or platform session.
4. Legal basis and consent
Where consent is requested, we process the submitted contact information on the basis of your freely given, specific and informed consent. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
5. Retention and sharing
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated communication and accountability purposes. We do not sell contact data. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
7. Security and updates
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to submitted information. This baseline policy may be updated as the product, hosting arrangements and legal review mature. The effective date will be added before production launch.
8. Research collaboration data
The Labs research-partnership invitation does not itself authorise the collection, access or sharing of farm, field, research or personal data. Before any such processing begins, ALMAXIA and the relevant parties would document their roles, lawful basis, purposes, data categories, access, security, retention, deletion, publication and onward-transfer rules. The Labs page is an invitation to discuss a collaboration, not a consent form or data-sharing agreement.
